It is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden. Telia Company is the largest mobile network operator in Sweden with 7.2 million customers (c. 2020). The company is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm and Nasdaq Helsinki. Telia Company is the result of a 2002 merger between the Swedish and Finnish telecommunications companies, Telia and Sonera. The company has operations in other countries in Northern and Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
