Manage overall supplier relationships including supplier performance, capability, cost and quality improvements; maintain personal knowledge of market trends including rigorous analysis of market drivers, cost structures.
Work with an agile and interdisciplinary team in a fast pace environment and take ownership of the software you developed; design and implement regression test framework for submodules and full system.
Designing and implementing network and cloud-based services for various aspects point-to-multipoint wireless access systems such as authentication, encryption, QoS, packet forwarding and spectrum management.
Developing parts of the MAC layer of a broadband wireless access system including radio resource control, scheduling, QoS, and network entry, but depending on need and skills can also target parts of the networking stack.
