Extensive high-speed digital design experiences. Familiar with the latest FPGA or ASIC technology; proficiency with Verilog, System Verilog, or VHDL logic simulation and implementation tools for large and complex designs.

RTL design and integration of large functional blocks in the modem - Development, assessment and refinement of RTL design to target power, performance, area and timing goals; write design documents including high level interface descriptions and design descriptions.
Lead the effort for test and verification activities at both the subsystem and system level in chip and in system; develop and manage the subsystem and system level verification strategy and design for testing methodology.
Developing software necessary to bring up new embedded system platforms; developing and integrating bootloaders and Linux device drivers for multi-core SoC platforms; managing buildroot environments that support multiple embedded platforms.
Lead or participate in design of subsystem/system level specifications, design architectures, and functional partitions; executing detailed module, subsystem, and system level design, simulation, and verification.
Developing models, unit tests and testing frameworks (using python) for extensive testing and simulation of all software modules; creating and maintaining accurate design documents and conducting design reviews.
Integrate and system test the features on the system and validate against the system test specification; develop library functions for accessing the FPGA/SoC resources and unit test the library functions.
Manage the entire certification process from test lab selection, test preparation, submission for testing, documentation filing, and managing archives of the certification process; guide and perform the agreed upon compliance tests of the wireless equipment in-house, interface and support certification labs.
In this role, you will work with DSP team to develop the software modules and test on the Emulation platform; ability to lead features to their completion, to understand critical issues and come up with optimal solutions to resolve them.
