Lead and/or support multi-client account management -accounts of varying sizes, localities and complexity; support the development and achievement of corporate, business unit and divisional level strategic and annual operating plan objectives relating to the business unit.
Developing, implementing and managing the Construction Quality System comprising Procedures, Inspection and Test Plans; managing the quality surveillance and inspections in coordination with Procurement, Engineering, Construction, Installation and Commissioning disciplines.
Set and maintain project schedules and budgets; makes decisions with respect to overall technical execution of the project; liaises with technical specialists or other senior project managers to ensure the technical integrity of the project.
Plans, directs, supervises, and control the execution of technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of projects under direct control; ensures all project engineering activities are implemented in a manner consistent with client's core values delivering superior safety, quality, schedule and cost performance.
Collaborate with all stakeholders to resolve technical issues, project issues using sound project and engineering practices; support Maintenance and engineering staff on interdepartmental coordination of large scale projects and activities.
Work with project management to ensure project execution plans, schedules etc. align with the proposal and estimate methodology; work with legal and commercial to ensure terms and conditions have been suitably addressed.
Executes the sale, including proposal development, conducting presentations, negotiating pricing, and presenting the contract to close the sale; tracks execution of order and ensure that customer is extremely satisfied by experience.
