San Diego State University (SDSU) is a public research university in San Diego, California. It was founded in 1897 and is the third-oldest university in the California State University system. SDSU offers bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees in more than 200 fields of study. The university is organized into seven colleges: Arts and Letters, Business Administration, Education, Engineering, Health and Human Services, Professional Studies and Fine Arts, and Sciences. SDSU is also home to the Fowler College of Business, which is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).
