The administration and management of Cisco Call Manager, and the monitoring, administration, and troubleshooting of a global network infrastructure. This position may also require the support of off-hour maintenance requests.
Candidate must have a working knowledge of: Microsoft Windows-based operating systems, Cisco routers and switches, and information security best practices and understand how each impact overall security posture of information systems.
The candidate participates in project reviews, and advises Government logisticians on budgets and promotes performance based logistics concepts. Provides recommendations and courses of action for acquisition logistics and Identifies, develops, evaluates and delivers training plans and schedules.
Provide coordination, synchronization and management for actions and information that include meetings, briefings, reviews, and conferences for the PEO Staff. Conduct research, analysis, and trade studies as required providing informed recommendations to the PEO staff.
Candidates should have experience with the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS), Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), and implementation of Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).
