Rancho Santiago Community College District (RSCCD) is a public community college district located in Orange County, California. The district was founded in 1967 and serves the cities of Santa Ana and Orange. RSCCD operates two colleges, Santa Ana College and Santiago Canyon College, which offer a wide range of academic programs, including transfer programs, career and technical education, and basic skills courses.
