Responsible for all insurance matters and interfaces. Ensures risk transfer program is commensurate with PJM targeted liability profile.
Code control, change management, and build/release management for product
Evaluate and utilize tools for online training, multimedia creation, and other training technologies that will enhance training or delivery options or bring other efficiencies related to the documentation requirements.
Support the Human Resources department as needed regarding requirements outlined by regulatory entities (i.e. EEOC, RFC, etc.). Compliance activities include, but are not limited to the following:
Creates and documents a desk procedure or guideline for each event with proposed vendors, lessons learned and customer/member feedback for enhancement and changes.
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of current issues in PJM's Stakeholder Process.
