Pennsylvania College of Technology (Penn College) is a public college in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. It is affiliated with The Pennsylvania State University and awards certificates, associate, bachelor's, and master's degrees in more than 100 fields. Penn College was founded in 1914 as a school of industrial arts. It became a community college in 1965 and a four-year college in 1989. In 1998, it became a special mission affiliate of Penn State. Penn College has more than 5,000 students.
