Monitor and adjust production plans based on changes in demand, supply chain disruptions, bottlenecks, or equipment availability; ensure optimal inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods.

Primary responsibility for identifying key areas for automation in the manufacturing facility and maintaining a project hopper from which to source automation projects.

Provides expert technical guidance on manufacturing processes for sintered rare earth permanent magnets, with a focus on powder production, pressing and sintering, machining, and surface treatment.

Act as a hands-on member of the engineering team, using excellent communication and organizational skills to guide and inform customer-related activities.

Assist stakeholders with preparation of capital appropriation requests and monitor purchasing activity to ensure that all related capital assets engineering, acquisition, and commissioning are properly recognized in company’s financial statements.
