The Manager will analyze activity and data to recommend changes to the website, our services or other Internet Business product. This role will partner with the Customer Service Excellence team to ensure quality and consistent customer communications are achieved across the organization.
Accountable for planning and architect security solutions for the facility, in-house computer systems, servers, and network. Provide technical analysis and innovative ideas for the design and architecture of scalable and reliable solutions.
Able to coordinate and implement new technologies and complex server hardware and software configurations. Perform detailed administration, monitoring, and project work as assigned. Performs complex troubleshooting of hardware, software and services.
