Morningside College is a private liberal arts college in Sioux City, Iowa. It was founded in 1894 by the Methodist Episcopal Church. The college offers over 65 majors and pre-professional programs. It is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission. The college has a student-faculty ratio of 11:1 and an average class size of 18 students. The college's athletic teams are known as the Mustangs and compete in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA).
