Primary responsibilities will include processing manual billing, applying cash receipts, seeking proper authorization for adjustments and write-offs.
Work in process schedule preparation, preparing monthly internal financial statements, budgets, month/year-end closings, projections and cash funding needs.
Maintain and improve existing deployment management system reports. Consider trade-offs between report size and production time, while maintaining the same value add.
Proactively manages the day-to-day relationship with the client(s)/client representatives to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Provide market/regional feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product/service development ideas.
Work to identify and prioritize locations of interest to improve wireless coverage including sports stadiums, college campuses, convention centers, shopping malls, hospitals, and other key locations.
Oversee go-to-market business strategy, organization design, and strategic planning for the fiber backhaul business unit.
Create repeatable audit criteria for the team to follow when reviewing materials, punch lists, outstanding contract change orders, final lien releases, site configuration, and serialized asset tracking.
Coordinate with Solutions on Benchmark data collection support, including determining walk routes and channel collection requirements.
Conducting detailed design reviews and market audits to ensure all network objectives are fulfilled for RF coverage and assisting field teams with commissioning during site construction.
Conduct expert wireless network equipment installation and maintenance Test, locate, and repair complex equipment problems.
Identify new business opportunities within wireless carriers, tower owners, consultants and other new prospects through research, calls, meetings and presentations.
Plan and execute PR strategy and programs to drive awareness including announcements, customer stories, reviews, education and campaigns.
Negotiate the acquisition of right-of-way and other property interests, as necessary to accommodate the construction, operation, maintenance of company facilities, in such a manner to minimize litigation.
Build a structured approach to successfully complete construction projects in theallotted time. Establish project standards.
Determine the capital resources, equipment, and tools needed to complete the project. Proactively manage scheduling issues.
