Responsibility for your own success as you build an understanding of the market, drive your sales team to execute sales and consistently strive for excellence.
Design learning portions of annual leadership meetings or business specific learning events when appropriate.
Develops and executes monthly webinars, with the input of sales and marketing, to inform rep groups of sales, marketing and other company initiatives.
You'll be responsible for taking the lead on individual projects, managing multiple products, while developing category leadership capabilities.
Develop and establish aesthetic and design language consistent with the brand, strategy, quality standards and voice of the customer feedback.
Work closely with internal resources and associates (customer service, design, prototyping, extrusion and fabrication) to ensure open communications, understanding and a "win-win" approach to customers' needs and requirements.
