This position acts, as a liaison between employees, management, insurance, medical providers, unions, and legal to ensure injured workers receive the best care possible while protecting the interests of the company.
In coordination with stakeholders including senior management, business leadership and regional HR leaders defines strategies for HR planning, delivery and review cycles including the HR strategic plan and the goals, KPIs and standard operating procedures supporting the achievement of the plan.

Acts as the primary business quality project manager for Corporate Quality Assurance requirements and regulations.

Leads and manages exempt staff of all Departments in the Airline Catering unit. This includes but not limited to: Food production, Transportation, Equipment Processing, Storeroom Department, Dish-room/Porters, Quality Assurance, and related departments to ensure production standards and customer service requirements are met.
Ensures Customer requirements/specifications and service requirements are complied with on all airline accounts. This includes production processing, on-time performance, equipment inventory, and quality assurance controls.
The Senior HRIS Analyst will be responsible for Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) set up and maintenance, changes, reporting, testing and troubleshooting, process improvements, data integrity, systems security and year-end support. The Senior Analyst, HRIS will audit changes within systems to insure proper controls and recommend and establish new controls. The position will also assist HRIS related projects as needed.
The role will oversee the airline customer operation policy and procedure, auditing/evaluations, supporting quality improvement projects and overall subject matter expert for customer defined service level agreement. This position is responsible for managing and leading the dedicated quality customer service team.
Partners with the General Manager of operating unit to understand business objectives and identify corresponding human resources needs and implements human resources strategy to support business objectives.
Partners with Operations and other key functions to develop programs that support employee retention.
Helps drive division-wide strategy, programs and processes into units.
