ClubCorp Holdings, Inc. is a privately held American corporation based in Dallas and is the largest owner and operator of private golf and country clubs in the country. It owns or operates more than 200 golf and country clubs and business, sports and alumni clubs worldwide. ClubCorp was founded in 1957 and went public in 2013. In 2017, ClubCorp was acquired by Apollo Global Management for $1.1 billion.
