Circuit of The Americas (COTA) is a multi-purpose facility that hosts the most prestigious racing events in the world, including the Formula 1 United States Grand Prix?. It is the first purpose-built Grand Prix facility in the United States designed for any and all classes of racing, from motor power to human power. The facility is situated on a 1000-acre site in southeast Austin, Texas, near the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, with scenic views of downtown. In addition to the Grand Prix, COTA also hosts MotoGP?, the FIA World Endurance Championship, and the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship. COTA also hosts concerts, festivals, and other events throughout the year.
