Design and roll-out lead generation and targeted messaging campaigns together with marketing team; conduct research to target prospects and analyze competitive marketplace, travel service trends and industry events.
Manage day-to-day travel operations for Harris including but not limited to the Travel Management Company, customer service resolution, and collaboration with the company team to innovate and simplify travel operations.
Working on customer assignments such as site reviews, in close cooperation with account management and operational functions; oversight of customer, company and Industry projects on behalf of Client Technology.
Collaborates with internal Meetings & Events stakeholders (operations, account management, event solutions, global, peers) to leverage client delivery success into proof points for sales and marketing related activities.
The Manager will also identify and report on the effectiveness of the security controls and will support security posture improvement efforts of BCD Travel and will also lead, direct and guide security tasks of others in achievement of objectives.
