The Top 15 highest-paying jobs in healthcare management

It is a good time to get a job in healthcare. The federal government’s November jobs report stated that monthly job growth for the healthcare industry was the second-highest it’s been all year. A little over 45,000 jobs were added last month according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

So which companies are hiring for $100K  jobs in healthcare management the most? Ladders put together a list of the 15 companies hiring the most $100K+ jobs currently in this exciting field using data from its continuously updated database of high-paying jobs.

1. NTT DATA Services: 657

NTT Security is an $11 billion technology services company. It just merged 28 of its existing companies and brands across 70 countries to create NTT Ltd.

2. CommScope, Inc.: 537

CommScope Inc. is a multinational telecommunications company based in Hickory, North Carolina, United States, since its founding in 1976. CommScope is a 1997 spin-off of General Instrument and now has over 15,000 employees worldwide, with customers in over 130 countries.

3. Walmart:  471

Walmart recently opened its first Walmart Health clinic in Dallas, Georgia. The new site offers a wide selection of primary care, dental, counseling, and X-ray services and is actually staffed by a physician.

4. CVS: 314

The pharmaceutical leader also offers some of the top-paying jobs in healthcare management.

5. Piper Companies: 301

This niche human capital solutions firm specializes in staffing services within the IT Infrastructure.

6. Biogen: 287

8. HCA: 258

Hospital Corporation of America is an American for-profit operator of health care facilities. It currently manages 168 hospitals and 116 freestanding surgery centers in both the US and UK.

9. Trinity-Health: 242

Trinity Health is making a major diabetes initiative push. 

10. Indiana University Health: 216

The medical sales goliath consistently ranks on Ladders’ Top-Job list for several industries.

14. IBM:  194

IBM uses Watson, the artificially intelligent data analytics processor, which helps workers in IBM’s support center save 45 minutes of work per day, according to Joanna Dapkevich, vice president of IBM support tooling and Watson innovation.
