Geoffrey Bourne is the Chief Technology Officer for Ladders, the comprehensive career resource dedicated to helping professionals ‘Manage, Market and Move-up’ in their careers. He is responsible for developing the overall technology vision for the company and overseeing Ladders’ engineering organization. His goal is to lead a world-class team of engineers in building amazing products for the career-driven professional. He joined the company in June 2015 and is based in the New York headquarters.
Geoffrey brings over 15 years of experience in digital technology, having worked at industry leading brands such as Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, and several start-ups. Before joining TheLadders, Geoffrey was the Vice President of Global Digital Technology at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide where he oversaw the digital enterprise technology strategy and application development. Prior to this, he had an impressive seven year stint at Citi, where he rose to the position of Senior Vice President of Mobile Technology & Strategy for the Private Bank division. In this role he delivered numerous best-in-class products including the company’s award winning, first-to-market Private Bank iPhone and iPad apps focused on deepening the client relationship and growing wallet share through interactive and personalized experiences.
Over the course of his career, Geoffrey has earned a variety of awards for the innovative digital products he’s brought to life in the financial services sector.
