Yachts Account Manager - Americas

What we're looking for

We are looking for a Yachts Segment Manager to lead commercial growth across the Americas territory for Lloyd's Register's yachts segment. You will be responsible for driving revenue, margin, and market share growth across a portfolio of assigned accounts, acting as the primary client interface to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience. The role is focused on delivering growth through close client relationships, market insight, and disciplined sales execution, with an emphasis on expanding LR's footprint across the yacht and superyacht market in the Americas.

The role
  • Own and grow a portfolio of existing and targeted yacht and superyacht clients across the Americas territory.
  • Achieve defined sales, revenue, and margin targets for the assigned territory.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, opportunities, and forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities, as well as upsell and cross-sell opportunities across existing accounts.
  • Develop and execute account plans aligned to market and segment strategy, ensuring commercial activity supports LR's broader growth objectives.
  • Act as the primary client interface for assigned accounts, building trusted relationships and ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to support service delivery and win new opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform account strategy and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Support the development of proposals, quotations and commercial terms in collaboration with technical and delivery teams.
  • Contribute to broader segment strategy and planning as part of the wider Yachts team.
