Wyoming Area Business LeaderThis Isn't Just Another Area Manager JobWe're not looking for someone to simply keep the trains running.
We're looking for someone who wants to build something.
Someone who gets excited about growing a business.
Someone who enjoys developing people.
Someone who isn't afraid to have difficult conversations because they care about helping others improve.
Someone who can create accountability without destroying culture.
Someone who sees opportunity where others see problems.
You'll inherit an established operation with strong customers, experienced employees, and a solid Department Manager already in place. Your job is to elevate it.
About 70% of your focus will be leading the business-developing your team, improving operations, coaching leaders, reviewing financial performance, and creating accountability.
The other 30% will be spent growing the business, strengthening customer relationships, expanding existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and helping Redi continue to grow throughout Idaho.
If you enjoy building businesses-not just managing them-you'll fit right in.
What You'll Be BuildingWe've completely reimagined the Area Manager role.
We've built systems that create clarity.
We've created leadership rhythms that replace chaos.
We've invested heavily in coaching, financial visibility, operational planning, customer strategy, and leadership development.
We're looking for someone who can embrace those systems, execute them with discipline, and make them even better.
We don't expect perfection.
We expect curiosity.
We expect ownership.
We expect leaders who ask,
"How do we improve this?"
not
"Why has it always been done this way?"
Why Idaho?Idaho represents one of our greatest growth opportunities.
We're already trusted by many of the region's largest industrial customers.
We already provide multiple industrial service lines that create tremendous opportunities for expanding customer relationships.
The foundation is already here.
The opportunity is enormous.
Now we need the right leader to help unlock it.
You Won't Be on an IslandWhile this role requires a high level of ownership and independence, you won't be left to figure everything out yourself.
You'll receive consistent support from regional leadership through weekly coaching, business reviews, operational planning, financial reviews, and leadership development.
You'll have direct access to experienced executives who are deeply invested in helping Area Managers succeed.
We believe great leaders deserve great support.
You'll Probably Love This Role If...- You naturally lead people.
- You enjoy coaching more than controlling.
- You like solving business problems.
- You understand financial performance-not just operations.
- You can hold people accountable while earning their respect.
- You enjoy meeting customers and growing relationships.
- You believe systems create freedom.
- You want to build something you'll be proud of.
