ABOUT THE JOB:As the Manager of Pricing, you will contribute to the development and execution of pricing strategies that support business goals and drive revenue growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will leverage the PROS pricing system, market insights, and analytical tools to implement effective pricing models and maintain pricing accuracy and consistency across the organization.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:- Support the adoption and utilization of the PROS Smart Price Optimization & Management system, helping to implement and maintain dynamic pricing strategies.
- Assist in executing pricing initiatives such as price optimization, market and competition analysis, and customer segmentation.
- Conduct regular pricing reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of current pricing structures and strategies, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to implement pricing actions that align with business objectives.
- Maintain pricing governance processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with company policies.
- Monitor the performance of the PROS pricing system, helping to ensure system accuracy and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Provide support to senior pricing leadership and contribute to mentoring junior team members when needed.
- Work with IT and data teams to support data integration and reporting within the PROS platform.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Finance, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- 7 years of experience in pricing, finance, revenue management, or related fields.
- Experience in conducting pricing analyses and making data-informed recommendations.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
