Role Summary Applies understanding of assigned investment product and market to research, analyze, develop, and deliver a wide range of basic investment content that captures the insights of investment professionals from drivers of investment performance to thematic intellectual capital for shareholders and current and future clients for one or more portfolios.
Responsibilities- Assists more experienced professionals with research and assessment of the performance of funds and/or portfolios. Interprets the results from the research and assessment and helps senior professionals with developing insights on the investment strategy.
- May work with portfolio analysts on the assessment and interpretation of basic portfolio results of one or more portfolios in the development of written content and data visualizations.
- Writes a wide range of basic core investment content based on the analysis of portfolio performance.
- Adheres to writing guidelines and internal standards to ensure investment content written is in compliance. Performs basic quality review and inspects content for adherence to regulatory guidelines, coordinating with compliance/legal colleagues and more senior professionals as necessary.
- May recommend new content topics of client interest.
QualificationsRequired:- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
- 2+ years of total relevant work experience
Preferred:- Experience writing/editing for asset management firm or within financial services
- Knowledge of T. Rowe Price investment strategies and products
- Familiarity with reporting processes and cycles in an asset management context
FINRA RequirementsFINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work FlexibilityThis role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.

$69,500.00 - $118,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers
$76,500.00 - $130,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C.
$87,000.00 - $148,000.00 for the location of: New York, California
Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual's relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
