Qualifications

• Valid RN license required, with MPT/DPT considered with approval.
• Completion of Skin Health Team Lead orientation and Wound Basics within 90 days of hire is mandatory.
• Monthly support call attendance is essential.
• National accredited wound certification or commitment to achieve it within a year is needed.
• Required knowledge of clinical charting and incident reporting procedures.
• Strong familiarity with care standards for multidisciplinary teams is necessary.
• Experience in team dynamics and interprofessional respect required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive Skin Health and Wound management program.
• Act as the clinical expert for skin, wound, and incontinence products in collaboration with central supply.
• Oversee durable medical equipment related to wound prevention and management.
• Lead interprofessional teams in wound care initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with national wound guidelines and proper use of wound care products.
