Full Job Description
An employer is looking for a Worldwide Consumer Engagement lead. In this role, they will be driving a work stream focused on creating synergy between first-party and third-party social channels. They will drive and evolve an existing program focused on accelerating their retail partner social strategies globally. This will include partnering with regional leads in Asia and EMEA to streamline first-party social handle strategy, achieving cost efficiencies, and a global content strategy. This person will support cross-functional marketing and creative teams with social content best practices and channel strategy around key campaign moments. They will lead the creation of social inputs for executive meetings with key third-party retailers around the world, and maintain a social commerce playbook that will be used as a tool to help inform regional teams on capabilities and focus areas across platforms. They will also maintain a global influence strategy playbook in partnership with the Americas influencer lead to keep global teams informed on how to partner with creators, best practices, and internal ways of working. Partnering with regional leaders in Americas, EMEA, and Asia will be crucial in shaping and activating retail media network strategies in alignment with the company's consumer priorities, and ensuring there is global collaboration with sharing best practices across regions. Finally, this person will pilot and scale retail media networks innovation across key partners, ensuring impact through personalization, co-branding, and performance measurement.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience in social strategy
5+ years of experience in partner, digital, or ecommerce marketing
3+ years of experience working in an enterprise level organization, preferably in the tech industry
3+ years of experience working on global projects, demonstrating an ability to navigate and manage cross-cultural dynamics
Proven track record in leading social, influencer and retail media network strategies at scale
Experience working in a B2C space
Deep understanding of all social platforms with a focus on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, and knowing when to tap into each based on campaign goals
