Full Job Description
Job Description
Help shape how people-experience is delivered at the frontier of AI. We are looking for an operationally fluent, people-first Workplace Experience Manager to lead the East Coast regional portfolio, centered on NYC and DC, with a national mandate to help standardize workplace experience and steward a quintessence of workplace hospitality.

This is a role for someone who can turn ambiguity into a clear operating model: spotting patterns in the work and stakeholders, translating them into standards, and making excellent service repeatable. You will lead a strong team workplace experience team, triage service requests, and help create an experience that stays welcoming, reliable, and ready for what comes next. This role will report to the Director of Workplace Experience and be based in New York City. This is an in-office position 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday.

In This Role, You Will

  • Lead day-to-day workplace experience operations across NYC and DC, including reception, events, triage workplace tickets, hospitality, and service recovery.
  • Turn frontline learning, service data, and stakeholder feedback into practical SOPs, service standards, training, and measurable improvements.
  • Lead the planning and execution of the East Coast workplace experience in partnership with the West Coast and cross-functional leaders.
  • Create and implement site-specific standards for NYC and DC that bring the national model to life while respecting local needs.
  • Lead, nurture, and inspire a high-performing team across events, reception, and workplace request intake and service triage.
  • Build trusted partnerships, solve complex issues with sound judgment, and keep safety, continuity, and service quality at the center of the operation.
  • Build relationships and trust both with stakeholders and your team. To stake holders, you will be a symbol of leadership, flawless execution, and a strong listener. To your team, you will be a symbol of advocacy, standards, and accountability.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in workplace experience, hospitality, facilities operations, events, or a comparable high-expectation service environment.
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, staffing, and team development.
  • A proven ability to turn ambiguity, data, and frontline learning into clear standards, useful insight, and measurable improvement.
  • Experience leading multi-site operations, standardization, change management, or service transformation.
  • Communicate clearly, build trust quickly, and influence across teams without relying only on formal authority.
  • Use tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira to keep work visible, organized, and improving.
  • Comfortability and passion to both utilize and learn ever evolving AI tools.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Location and Travel
  • This role supports NYC and DC and includes travel as needed between East Coast sites and for national standardization work. Additional sites may be added to the portfolio for this role to oversee.
  • Why This Role Matters
  • The work moves quickly; the workplace supporting it has to be both dependable and adaptable, and never miss a greet. Your work will give teams the foundation to do their best work, strengthen the experience across NYC and DC, and help create a model for how a growing national portfolio delivers hospitality, service, and operational excellence.
