This career opportunity will cover Southern VA markets (Richmond and Hampton Roads). Requires flexibility for frequent travel within assigned markets as needed. Additional in-market office locations may be an option depending on space availability. Possible hybrid or remote option within the covered markets.
The primary responsibility of this position is to identify and develop relationships with key decision makers (C Suite) of our commercial customers and influence internal commercial and partner team members to gain referrals. Incumbents will develop, implement, and deliver plans to market FFC Workplace products and services to existing banking clients, specified employer groups or in general within the community, and also partner with internal business development (consumer and commercial sales) regarding broader initiatives.This position will require frequent travel within the Fulton footprint and assigned geographic region while leveraging technology solutions that enable prospective commercial customers to interact, where, when and how they choose.
ResponsibilitiesQualifications Education
Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: business, finance, or other applicable field. (Required)
Experience5 or more years banking or financial services. (Required)
5 or more years sales, including presentations and engagements with C-Suite or senior leadership. (Required)

This includes but is not limited to, understanding and identifying compliance risks impacting their department(s), ensuring compliance with applicable laws or regulations, and escalating compliance risks to the appropriate level of management.

Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate27s knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location.
The salary range for this position is $72,500.00 - $120,800.00 annually.
Additional Compensation Components
This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
