Qualifications

• Experience defining labor requirements and quantifying time for workshop activities
• Ability to prioritize tasks with urgency
• Experience in operations or the rental industry
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage technician shop and field activities effectively
• Develop comprehensive technician schedules in collaboration with management
• Utilize technologies for efficient technician planning and dispatching
• Optimize technician resources to align with business priorities and productivity KPIs
• Identify potential additional charges based on provided services
• Ensure compliance with customer-specific safety requirements when dispatching technicians
• Primarily work in-office with potential for a hybrid schedule in the future
