Qualifications

• Minimum one year of workers' compensation defense experience preferred.
• Active California State Bar membership in good standing required.
• Experience in Defense Base Act/Longshore & Harbor Workers' Compensation is a plus.
• Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills with top-notch written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fully paperless environment using web-based legal tools.
