OverviewBerryDunn is seeking a Workday Financials - Implementation Oversight Consultant contingent hire with a desire to support state government Workday Financials implementations to join our State Consulting Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have a desire to support project oversight (i.e., QA, Independent Verification and Validation, independent assessment reporting) initiatives from a functional, technical, and project management standpoint. The ideal candidate must meet the below minimum requirements.
Travel Expectation: Travel to client sites can reach up to 50% in a year. Travel for the immediately planned contingent client is expected to be closer to 15%.
You Will
- Lead and support BerryDunn projects providing services for state gov. clients, such as independent quality assurance, Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V), project management, IT systems planning, business process improvement/analysis, independent testing, and other similar projects
- Report on project status (written and verbal)1 including risks and issues1to different audiences, including client executive leadership
- Provide Workday Financials implementation expertise to our team and client
- Review client project artifacts (e.g., vendor deliverables, project management plans, tracking logs) and provide feedback
- Facilitate meetings and interviews with client stakeholders with confidence and professionalism
- Play a role in developing staff; contribute to maintaining and building a positive, fun, and innovative F&A team culture; and participate in and/or lead training and other learning and development activities
You Have
- Minimum of five years of direct experience in QA, IV&V, audit, or other independent assurance roles on large ERP implementations (public sector prefered)
- Experience implementing Workday Financials, including roles in configuration, architecture, platform integration, data migration, and release/environments management
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- A strong client service attitude
Compensation Details
The Compensation range for this role is $90,000-$130,000 per year. This rate range represents BerryDunn9s good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible compensation at the time of posting. If an applicant possesses experience, education, or other qualifications more than the minimum requirements for this posting, that applicant is encouraged to apply, and a final rate may then be based on those additional qualifications; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The hourly rate for the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, seniority, merit, education, training, amount of travel, and other relevant business considerations.
