**Per federal government contract, U.S. citizenship is required** Responsibilities: Experience with full-lifecycle implementations as a Lead or Solutions Architect in
one or more of the following areas:
Integrations & Development - Advanced experience designing, building, debugging, and maintaining end-to-end Workday integrations.
- Deep expertise using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, EIBs, and Document Transformation (DT).
- Experience managing web services (SOAP, REST) and XML/XSLT transformations.
Data Conversion & Migration - Proven track record of executing data migration workstreams from legacy systems into Workday.
- Expert-level capability in data mapping, source-to-target data transformation, data scrubbing, and data validation.
- Proficiency using advanced EIBs or mass data loading tools to execute clean production loads.
Advanced Reporting & Analytics - Deep expertise creating complex, high-performance Custom Reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Trend).
- Sophisticated use of Calculated Fields to manipulate data for business intelligence or downstream consumption.
- Experience with Prism Analytics, Discovery Boards, or BIRT layout design is a strong plus.
Requirements: - 5+ years minimum experience in one or more areas listed above
- 5+ full-cycle implementations completed
- Per federal government contract, U.S. citizenship is required
- Workday Certified
Preferred (but not required): - Experience in Government implementations
- Active Security Clearance
- Local to the DC, Maryland, Northern VA (DMV) area
