In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer
Your contribution to the team:• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
• The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
• A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• A passion for design and hands-on coding experience
• A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
Required Skill and Experience• Relevant experience in Workday HCM domain, particularly in Workday Functional Configuration across key HR Modules (Core HCM & Time tracking) across Implementation / Support / Development projects
• Experience in Workday cloud platform.
• Extensive experience in time tracking design configuration and maintenance, troubleshooting Time Tracking issues, data discrepancies, and process defects.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into Workday Time Tracking configurations.
• Ability to configure and maintain: Time Entry Codes, Time Calculations, Work Schedules, Shift Configurations, Time-Based Validation Rules, Time Entry Templates.
• Ability to design and configure time calculation rules, premiums, and overtime calculations.
• Ability to support integration of Time Tracking with: Payroll, Absence Management, HCM, Third-party Time Clocks.
• Experience in BP Configurations (BP Changes, Sup Org, Locations, etc.), Troubleshooting Data issues / Corrections, Workday Reporting and Analytics and Security configs and changes.
• Manage and run Workday Major release update feature analysis, testing and coordination with business for deployment
Preferred Skill and Experience Exposure to Workday Technical skillset.
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
