Roles & Responsibilities
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science or related field.
• Core Workday expertise: Hands-on experience in Workday HCM configuration(Business Process Framework, Security, Organization, Reporting). Strong Knowledge of Compensation, Absence, Recruiting, Talent Modules. Experience in EIBs, Workday Studio, Core connectors for integrators.
• Configuration and Optimization: Ability to design, configure, and optimize business processes. Analyze existing configurations and improve system efficiency and usability. Experience in tenant setup, feature enablement, and release management. Strong skills in report performance tuning and dashboard optimization.
• Performance Improvement: Identify and resolve system performance bottlenecks. Optimize large reports, integrations, and business process workflows. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and faster processing time. Implement best practices for scalable Workday architecture.
• Integration & Data Management: Experience in inbound/outbound integrations(APIs, web services, middleware). Strong knowledge of data migration, cleansing, and validation. Troubleshoot integration failures and improve data flow performance.
• Good to have Expertise in Workday Prism Analytics
• Lead End-to-End implementation
• Nice to have experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models
• Workday Certification(HCM/Integrations/Reporting)
Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 a year
