Required Qualifications - Experience as a Business Analyst supporting ERP or enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and/or Finance modules.
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience supporting Workday implementations, enhancements, or integrations.
- Experience working with HR, Finance, or enterprise operations teams.
- Familiarity with testing processes, QA, and production support.
