About this RoleAs an Invisors Absence & Time Tracking Senior Consultant, you will partner with clients to deliver Workday solutions and implementations. You'll lead client conversations, solve complex business challenges, mentor junior consultants, and play a key role in delivering successful project outcomes. In addition to client work, you will contribute internally to help improve processes and support the growth of the organization.
Location & Employment Requirements
- Candidates must currently reside and work within the United States, as this role supports client engagements that require consultants to be U.S.-based.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Invisors will not sponsor employment-based visas for this position.
- This is a full-time W2 position only. Invisors does not offer C2C arrangements or contract opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Lead client requirements and design sessions independently.
- Configure and deliver Workday solutions.
- Support and guide consultants on project work under architect leadership.
- Mentor junior team members within the HCM practice.
- Proactively support leadership and contribute to internal team initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of Workday Absence & Time Tracking configuration experience
- Workday implementation/project experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
