Work Movement Manager
Position Responsibilities: - Manages Supply Base Management Specialist employees performing activities related to supplier/subcontractor business relationships, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations.
- Monitors supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.
- Provides oversight, guidance and approval of supply base plans to ensure integration with customer, program and commodity strategies.
- Manages, develops and motivates employees.

Required Skills /
Experience):- 5+ years of experience in Supplier Management or Supply Chain Management
- 5+ years of experience in communicating to employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- 3+ years of experience interacting with suppliers, conducting supply chain management, operational performance reviews, and suppliers
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 20% of the time domestically and internationally
- Candidates must have at lease one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership."

- Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree
- 5+ years of experience demonstrating exceptional business, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- 5+ years of experience with ERP systems such as ERPLN and/or SAP
- 3+ years of experience with improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, systematic problem solving)
- 3+ years of experience with strategy development and execution
