We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented leader who thrives in chaos to manage the Card Collateral Creation Pod for Card Delivery and own card delivery projects as well. This pivotal role oversees the management of collateral creation, ensuring quality, support for multiple suppliers, and efficiency while driving business intent.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):- Be the Central Hub: Own the Card Delivery Collateral POD and serve as the primary liaison, connecting multiple third-party vendors and various internal lines of business to ensure seamless execution
- Drive Strategic Impact: Manage high-impact projects, both internal and supplier-focused, that are critical for increasing efficiency, improving quality, and directly delivering on core business intent.
- Own the Details: Develop and communicate meticulous instructions to external vendors and intent owners, acting as the final checkpoint to maintain strict quality control and operational efficiency.
- Solve Complex Problems: Take ownership of resolving escalated complaints and supplier issues, leveraging your keen eye for detail to proactively identify, analyze, and address feedback trends.
- Be an Agent of Change: Identify, develop, and implement process improvement opportunities to continuously streamline operations and boost productivity across the pod.
- Lead and Empower: Provide essential leadership support to the team, helping to navigate complexity and foster a high-performing environment.
- Communication Skills-Effectively cascades information to stakeholders, considering diverse needs and perspectives before engaging in difficult conversations.
- Continuous Improvement Agenda- Consistently and proactively identifies potential improvements within immediate scope of role and across the broader team; identifies barriers and proposes
- Lead in a Project Manager Role the flawless execution of LOB and RTE projects
- Lead/Support Personalization supplier relationship to drive on time and flawless delivery at our suppliers
- Support the order process with the manufacturing of required paper/ plastic project need
- Transition projects successfully to BAU without interruption to existing workflow
- Become a subject matter expert on personalization and manufacturing processes, learning upstream and downstream impacts to supplier
- Proactive and creative problem solver
- Excellent communication and people skills both internally and externally
- Partner with Product and Tech to support LOB projects and investments in our inhouse processes
- Own project documentation, lead/participate on weekly project calls with suppliers, and setup and lead onsite project launches

Basic Qualifications:- High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification
- At least 1 year of experience in Third party vendor management
- At least 2 years of Project or Process Management Experience
- At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 2 years of experience in Third party vendor management
- At least 3 years of Project or Process Management Experience
- Business Process Management or Lean certification
Work from Home Technology Requirements- Secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
- Reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot is required
- A private network that is password protected where you have ownership or line of site sight to every device on the network

Chesapeake, VA: $98,900 - $112,900 for Principal Extended Ops Assoc.
Tampa, FL: $98,900 - $112,900 for Principal Extended Ops Assoc.
Las Vegas, NV: $98,900 - $112,900 for Principal Extended Ops Assoc.
Wilmington, DE: $98,900 - $112,900 for Principal Extended Ops Assoc.
Columbus, OH: $98,900 - $112,900 for Principal Extended Ops Assoc.
Phoenix, AZ: $98,900 - $112,900 for Principal Extended Ops Assoc.

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
