Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Neurology Advanced Practice Provider (CRNP or PA) to support our neurology team. The Advanced Practice Provider will work collaboratively with Neurologist and referring provider group to evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with neurological conditions while supporting continuity of care.

Minimum Requirements
Key Responsibilities - Conduct patient assessments, obtain medical histories, and perform physical examinations.
- Evaluate and manage patient with neurological conditions under established protocols ans collaborative agreements.
- Order, review, and interpret laboratory studies, and other diagnostic testing.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
- Provide follow up care for patients with chronic neurological conditions
- Assist with inpatient rounding, consultations, and discharge modifications, and disease management.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health record documentation.
Qualifications - Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Current Pennsylvania licensure as a CRNP or PA
- Current DEA registration or ability to obtain.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patient-centered approach to care
- Neurology experienced preferred.
