WindServer System Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and continued evolution of this mission-critical platform. Your work will directly support analysts, project teams, and the delivery of data that enables smarter, more sustainable energy decisions worldwide.
Your ImpactYou will:
- Provide day-to-day technical support to WindServer users and analysts, ensuring a reliable and responsive experience
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application, server, and configuration issues across the WindServer environment
- Implement code updates and server configuration changes to maintain system performance and stability
- Support the maintenance and operation of on-premise server infrastructure
- Collaborate closely with senior administrators to learn, understand, and enhance WindServer architecture
- Partner with the WindServer Product Manager to support product growth, improvements, and future enhancements
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen system reliability and scalability
The Skills That Set You ApartYou bring:
- Proficiency in C#, Transact-SQL, JavaScript, TextScript, jQuery, and Microsoft PowerShell
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2022 environments
- Experience with firewall administration and computer networking concepts
- Familiarity with Synology DiskStation Manager and AWS Storage Gateway
- Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio and version control systems
- The ability to learn new software tools quickly and adapt to evolving technologies
- A pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
CompensationAB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT:
$77,400 - $102,500MB & ON:
$70,600 - $97,200NB, NL, NS, PE & QC:
