Your role
- Strong experience in WebMethods platform upgrade and migration projects, specifically 10.x to 12.x migrations, including assessment, remediation, compatibility analysis, code refactoring, testing, deployment planning, and production cutover support.
- Deep expertise in integration development, enhancements, production support, troubleshooting, and emergency issue resolution.
- Proven ability to design, architect, and lead enterprise integration solutions while managing delivery outcomes across globally distributed teams.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, supporting sprint planning, backlog grooming, story point estimation, code reviews, and release management activities.
- Ability to act as a technical advisor, driving integration modernization initiatives through new development, enhancements, platform upgrades, and architectural improvements.
Your skills and experience
- Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience with the Software AG webMethods platform (10.x and above), including Integration Server, Trading Networks, Broker/Universal Messaging, MWS, API Gateway, and related components.
- Extensive experience in SOAP and REST API design and development, supporting synchronous, asynchronous, event-driven, and broadcast integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience with webMethods components including Broker/Universal Messaging, Trading Networks, MWS, and adapters such as JDBC, SAP (IDoc, RFC, OData), Salesforce (SFDC), SFTP, and HTTPS.
- Highly experienced in developing SAP inbound and outbound integrations supporting Source, Quality, Make, Deliver, and Distribution business processes.
- Expertise implementing scalable integrations addressing complex message transformations, large file processing, high volume processing, and performance optimization.
- Strong knowledge of integration frameworks including security, configuration/parameter management, reusable utilities, data-driven testing, logging, auditing, and exception management.
- Experience implementing logging, monitoring, error handling, alerting, and notification frameworks for enterprise integrations.
- Experience building operational, functional, and technical observability dashboards using enterprise monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, and CA Wily/DX APM.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, automated testing frameworks, source control management, and open-source toolchains.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 - $ 193,440.
