$4000 Sign on Bonus +$4 Shift Differential for second shift +$5 Shift differential for weekends  Weekend Supervisor (One weekend off every six weeks) 7am to 7pm Saturday to Sundays. (Can be full-time if desired) What You'll Do: As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include oversight of the facility operations, safety, cleanliness and compliance to nursing policies, procedures and regulations. What You'll Bring: Qualifications of a Nursing Supervisor include: • Valid state nursing license • Advanced degree or certification preferred • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care • Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both • Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
