Full Job Description
The Website & Analytics Specialist assists in managing, measuring, and improving our digital experience. This role combines website administration, user experience analysis, SEO, testing, and performance reporting. It protects the usability and health of the USO website, evaluates enhancement requests, identifies optimization opportunities, and turns digital data into clear recommendations for Marketing leadership and other stakeholders.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Duties)
  • Manage website content, governance, health checks, audits, and enhancement requests.*
  • Monitor website accessibility, SEO, usability, and overall performance.*
  • Support information architecture and user experience improvements.*
  • Build and maintain dashboards for website, email, social media, CRM, and campaign performance.*
  • Analyze audience behavior, engagement, conversion, and content performance.*
  • Support A/B testing and other digital experimentation.
  • Translate data into clear recommendations that improve audience engagement and mission outcomes.*
  • Partner with Marketing, Communications, Programs, Fundraising, and Digital teams on optimization opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • This is an in-person position located in Arlington, VA.

Job Specifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Prefer experiences with A/B testing or experimental platforms.
  • Ability to communicate technical and analytical findings to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple website requests and priorities.
  • Must be a strong advocate of the USO's mission.

Details
  • The salary range for this position is $72,000 -$94,500.
  • To support pay transparency, this posting includes the anticipated base salary range for this role. Compensation is determined based on several factors including geographic location, relevant experience, specialized skills, certifications, and overall alignment with the position requirements. Our compensation practices are designed to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity across roles and levels.
  • This is an in-person position located in Arlington, VA.
