Full Job Description

Leidos is seeking a Web Content Developer / Manager / Section 508 Specialist to support CDC DHP dissemination, reporting, web publishing, and communications activities. This role supports development, maintenance, accessibility compliance, and publication of web-based content and dissemination products supporting surveillance, research, program monitoring, and public health communications.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and publish web content and dissemination products.
  • Ensure compliance with Section 508 accessibility requirements and usability standards.
  • Support development of dashboards, fact sheets, reports, and public-facing information products.
  • Coordinate content updates, reviews, approvals, and publication activities.
  • Support dissemination of surveillance, research, and programmatic information.
  • Assist with content management and quality assurance activities.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Health, Information Systems, Web Development, Digital Media, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting web content development, communications, accessibility, or dissemination activities.
  • Experience with web content management systems and Section 508 compliance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience supporting document review and publication workflows.
  • Ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting CDC, HHS, or public health communications programs.
  • Experience supporting dissemination of surveillance, research, healthcare, or public health information products.
  • Experience with SharePoint, Power Platform, Power BI, or related technologies.
  • Experience developing accessible dashboards, reports, or data visualization products.
  • Section 508 training.

Pay Range $73,450.00 - $132,775.00
