This position combines content strategy with creative execution and project management to ensure all web content is engaging, on-brand, and optimized for SEO/GEO. This role requires someone who can work under minimal direction from leadership and collaboratively with stakeholders, make sound decisions in complex situations, and solve unique problems by taking new approaches and considering alternate perspectives.

In this role, you will
  • Lead the planning and execution of website features to raise the Bank's profile and help audiences find and consume published content
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to address their business needs and offer consultation on website best practices
  • Oversee the complete content lifecycle from ideation to launch
  • Conduct competitive research and data analysis to identify opportunities for new or improved features
  • Create wireframes to convey suggested feature concepts visually
  • Perform SEO/GEO research and write an annual SEO/GEO strategy to improve search visibility
  • Ensure consistency in content tone, style, and quality for the target audience
  • Conduct content audits to ensure the website pages are following standards and identify gaps or opportunities
  • Maintain, prioritize and communicate the Web Content Strategy (WCS) backlog and/or website roadmap ensuring stakeholders' needs are documented and prioritized
  • May lead feature planning workshops with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Responsible for the project management of features planned for current and upcoming Program Increment ensuring quality and on-time delivery
  • Monitor web traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics to evaluate website performance. Use data gathered to inform future feature development and share with others to make sound decisions
  • Other duties as assigned


Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Information Technology or related field
  • 7+ years of related experience in content strategy, digital strategy, product, marketing, or digital communications
  • Proven project management experience (PMP, a plus)

The expected starting salary range for the Website Content Strategist is between $111,400 and $139,200 annually.Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, skills, internal equity, and market data.
