Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience or Master's degree with 4+ years; demonstrated experience accepted in lieu of education.
• Experience in preventative and corrective weapons maintenance.
• Proficiency in ammunition and weapons management.
• Advanced skills in MS Office applications.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs.
• Must hold or be able to obtain a secret security clearance, sponsored by SAIC.
• US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert providing troubleshooting and maintenance for 30mm and 105mm weapons on AC-130 gunships.
• Provide technical support on-site for gunship weapon systems and associated equipment.
• Serve as the liaison between SAIC, the Weapons Systems Integration Branch in Crane, and Kirtland AFB leadership.
• Work independently and collaboratively to meet objectives and customer needs.
• Effectively communicate at various management/command levels in both verbal and written formats.
• Analyze, organize, and prioritize assigned tasks for efficient workflow.
• Develop and review comprehensive training materials, processes, and procedures.
