Overview

The Civil Project Manager in the Treatment sector leads the planning, design, permitting, and construction support of water and wastewater treatment projects. This role provides technical leadership, ensures engineering quality, supports client relationships, and coordinates with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful municipal and infrastructure projects.

 

Responsibilities
  • Oversee engineering efforts from design through construction on a variety of civil engineering treatment projects
  • Conduct site visits and assessments
  • Participate in meetings with clients to understand their project needs and preferences
  • Develop design concepts and proposals, creating detailed drawings and specifications
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects and other consultants
  • Present designs to clients and stakeholders for feedback and approval
  • Explore new design concepts, incorporating emerging technologies
Qualifications
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas required; ability to obtain licensure in New Mexico and Oklahoma
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in civil design - Water and Wastewater Treatment design preferred
  • Experience with software including AutoCAD, Civil 3D and ArcGIS is preferred
  • Understanding of engineering project management methods with the ability to plan a project start to finish, considering time, cost and resources
