Overview

The Treatment Practice Leader is responsible for driving business development, cultivating client relationships, and advancing the firm’s strategic growth in water and wastewater treatment. This role emphasizes technical leadership, project delivery excellence, and active client engagement, with a focus on the Dallas-Fort Worth market.

 

Responsibilities
  • Develop opportunities in North Texas in major areas of water resources and water/wastewater treatment
  • Create and execute a business development plan for the region, aligned with the sector’s strategic vision and operational plan
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, team partners, and industry leaders.
  • Represent Parkhill at council and commission meetings, conferences, and seminars
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas required; ability to obtain licensure in New Mexico and Oklahoma
  • 10 years of experience specializing in either water resources and/or water/wastewater treatment
  • Proven business development experience, including pursuing clients, preparing proposals, and managing relationships
  • Experience working with state, regional, and local public agencies—including municipalities, water districts, river authorities, counties, and other state entities—as well as state and federal funding agencies
