Lead Water & Wastewater Engineer to oversee the planning, design, and delivery of municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects while helping expand a growing engineering practice.
What You'll Do:- Lead water and wastewater treatment, distribution, and collection system projects from planning through construction.
- Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
- Mentor engineering staff and provide technical leadership.
- Prepare and review engineering reports, calculations, specifications, and construction documents.
- Partner with municipalities, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders.
- Support business development and help grow the firm's municipal client base.
What We're Looking For:- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering.
- 10+ years of water/wastewater engineering experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain shortly after hire.
- Experience managing municipal water and wastewater projects.
- Strong leadership, project management, and client relationship skills.
- Business development or consulting experience is a plus.
- Valid driver's license.
