Position Overview:
Location: Alberta or BC
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (40 hours per week)
Salary: $75,000- $102,700 + bonus, benefits from day 1

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Coordinator to support our service operations by reviewing repair documentation, auditing work order charges, and managing warranty claims with equipment manufacturers and suppliers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with technical information, and ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

What You'll Do
  • Review equipment warranty coverage and determine claim eligibility
  • Audit service work orders and repair documentation for warranty compliance
  • Prepare, submit, and track warranty and goodwill claims with manufacturers and suppliers
  • Investigate warranty registration discrepancies and coordinate resolution
  • Act as a liaison between service teams, suppliers, and manufacturers regarding warranty-related matters
  • Provide guidance and support to branch personnel on warranty processes and claim requirements
  • Assist with the implementation of new warranty procedures and best practices
  • Ensure qualifying repair costs are charged to the appropriate warranty or policy accounts
  • Return non-qualifying charges for correction when required
