Position SummaryEthic Tech, LLC is seeking a Warfighter Integration Support Lead to support force readiness planning and pre-deployment activities that enhance the operational effectiveness of customer organizations. This role is responsible for conducting site surveys, coordinating manning, training, and equipping efforts, and ensuring successful execution of mission support activities. The Warfighter Integration Support Lead develops, prepares, rehearses, and delivers training on Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) capabilities, system functions, and software enhancements in support of customer task orders. Additionally, this position coordinates cross-functional support teams across multiple geographic regions, develops comprehensive event coordination plans, and serves as a key liaison to ensure seamless integration and execution of training and operational support initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Conduct force readiness planning and pre-deployment site surveys to ensure maximum effectiveness of manning, training, equipping activities of the customer base.
- Fulfill Task Orders (TOs) to develop, prepare, rehearse and deliver training on UAS capabilities, functions and software enhancements of the system.
- Coordinate support teams across various geographic regions and develops event coordination plans.
- Learn, record and instruct/mentor on related manuals, blueprints, and schematic diagrams to determine tasks to be performed and tools, equipment, and parts needed for demonstration and force delivery requirements.
- Discuss assignment with customer's representative and inspects training locations and sites fulfill customer needs and mission requirements.
- Test electrical components, such as wiring, switches, physical connections using testing instruments, and replaces faulty components, using hand tools.
- Conduct routine Preventative Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS) according to established guidelines and schedules.
- May train customer's staff in PMCS and Pre Combat Checks (PCCs) prior to op-eration of equipment.
- May be on-call and perform emergency repairs during off-business hours.
- Ensure accurate and timely administration and reporting of customer account activities.
- Maintain customer files and office records of all local service activities.
- Maintain awareness and involvement in the resolution of customer situations and equipment problems.
- Maintain current service and installation manuals.
- Work directly with technicians to improve skills and abilities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree required. Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management or General Studies preferred.
- Twenty (20) years experience as a Senior Noncommissioned Officer from the Infantry or Special Operations Community.
- Ten (10) years experience in leading, training, equipping combat ready forces through exercise design, instruction and coordination of resources at the Platoon and Company or higher level.
- Experience with ODA, ODB, SFAB or JSOTF in deployed environments training local nationals and various customer bases.
- Must provide seamless support across all five primary FPS regions with 100% availability for national-level program reviews.
- Must successfully obtain and maintain a DoD/DoW Secret Clearance.
Work Environment- Ability to travel 25-50% of the time to customer locations.
- Must be capable of lifting at least 50lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
